How do I book a stall? 

Email us now on pershoreriverfestival@hotmail.com and enquire about a stall, receive your booking forms with T&C's and ask for more information via email, or go to the Book/Enquire Page, complete the form and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 
 

You will need 3rd Party Liability Insurance, and if doing food you will need your Basic Hygiene Certificates. 

We will have slots for small local traders, larger trade stalls, refreshments (limited) and even local charities or organisations who which to promote their work, even if they dont wish to sell anything. 

We will put the booking form on here as soon as possible and email it out to everyone who has said they are interested in a stall.

 

 

Does it cost me to come? (Public)

It's FREE to visit King George's Field on the Saturday. No entry Charge, but bring some money, as there will be plenty to do!

 

Will there be a charge to get into the Angel for the evening?

No charge - its FREE. Bands are free too! The Angel is organising all the enteratinment to help support this community event - please help us support them in return and lets give them a busy night at their outside Beer Tent.

 

Can I arrive by boat?

The river is open to navigation, but parking (sorry, mooring) will be tricky. The Pershore Lock Keeper has a detailed plan of mooring bookings, so if you plan to come by boat, even if you don't require an overnight mooring, please contact us as soon as possible.  You can also link across to the booking form, on the Book/Enquire page through the Avon Navigation Trust.
